ARE YOU READY – JOB INTERVIEW?

When you find yourself in a job interview, do you know what you must and must not do? This is a remarkable concern for job seekers. Job interview question is an important feature in most job interviews today. The person seeking a job must pass lots of job interview questions.
A typical job interview question is “Are you the host of the house you live in?”. Most job applicants feel themselves bored upon encounteering such a question in a job interview. Another job interview question to ask is whether the applicant has worked somewhere else before or not. This gives the job owner an idea about the worker’s stability.
Among hundreds of classical job interview questions, some are really important in that they must be answered carefully in order to work more comfortably. For instance, the job interview question “How long can you work in the office?” or “What is your salary expectation from this job?” can be considered as striking job interview questions now that they aim at learning the key points in a worker’s lifestyle.
Conversely, there are such irrational job interview questions that the applicant may feel as if s/he must not be there at that moment. Examples of such boring job interview questions are “Do you go out often?”, “Do you have a steady boy/girlfriend?” or “How often do you go to the dresser’s?”.
There are some key points about the selection of a job interview question to ask. A criterion for this choice is preparing an interesting question for the employee to answer. This is, in fact, vital since people working in a company usually suffer from the irrelevancy between themselves and the job they are performing. In order to prevent such an ailment, job interview questions must be prepared and evaluated in an efficient way.
Another important aspect of a job interview question is that it must be easy to understand. This feature can easily be differentiated from the other aspects in that it reflects the regularity behaviour embedded in human beings. For instance, a job interview question like “Are you married?” is a good quality job interview question whereas a job interview question like “Could you please explain your marital status?” is more difficult to answer.
A job interview question should aim at extracting some information about the worker’s work style. Such a job interview question can be “What are your most powerful skills about this job?”. This question tries to understand the capability of the worker of doing his/her job in a satisfactory condition.
To summarize, the concept of job interview question is likely to be the key factor in accounting for the start and continuity of the most jobs on the world.
