Gone is the long-time challenge of connecting licensed real estate agents and brokers with each other. One agent in Phoenix, Ariz. decided to upend the process, and consequently the industry, to help both parties connect.
“My goal was to provide both the real estate broker and the agent with the information and knowledge needed to find each other – kind of a professional match-making service for the industry,” said, Alan Wittes of Agent Broker Link. “When I began my real estate career, I didn’t know how to choose a broker or where to turn. I thought: there’s got to be a better way. This thought led to Agent Broker Link, a real estate service that links agents with brokers as well as brokers with agents.”
How does it work? Membership is free. After registration, agents can now immediately search for brokers in their area. Agents are given access to a wealth of broker information including type of company and compensation plans – valuable information within itself. Brokers are notified via email each time they are selected by an agent. It’s that simple! Agents and brokers can connect faster, smarter and easier.
“The site is secure and your information isn’t sold to third parties or used for any other purpose than to simply help agents and brokers find each other,” said Wittes.
Since launch, the site has built up a strong real estate network of agents and brokers. This network is leading to many successful links.
